Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date for most products. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be returned in their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Bar Soap (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Used Body Care products (Body Wash, Body Scrubs, Body Polishers, Body Butter, Body Creams & Lotions)
  • Opened Cold Pressed Virgin Oils (to ensure product integrity)
  • Used Bath & Body Oils (including After Bath Shower Oils and Body Massage Oils)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer care team will respond within 24-48 business hours with:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • Return shipping address
  • Return authorization number (required for processing)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely, including:

  • Unused products in original packaging
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different product of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
